West Craig Roof Restoration

Project Summary:
Reroof over a Modified Bitumen roof and 7 ft parapet walls. The roofing system had major failures resulting in open to air exposure throughout the roofing system. All exposed areas were
addressed and sealed prior to application of the roofing system. The waterproof membrane, acrylic bleed blocker, and reflective topcoat were applied. A complete leak test was performed after completion.
North Bell Roof Restoration
Location: Cedar Park, TX
Owner: Atex Capital Group
Project Size: 14,000 sq ft
Project Summary:
Reroof over a TPO roof and 3 ft Parapet walls. The roofing system had several leaks and defects. The TPO membrane had pulled away from the Parapet walls
in several places. The failing patches were removed, and 1-way vents installed to address any trapped moisture. All unattached TPO in corners and on parapet walls were fastened and secured. A thorough cleaning of the roof with a pressure washer was completed prior to application of the roofing system.
The waterproof membrane, acrylic bleed blocker, and reflective topcoat were applied. A complete leak test was performed after completion.
